EasyLaunch.in provides business launch and development solutions including setup support, legal documentation, and branding services.
You agree to provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, and cooperate with us for timely delivery.
Payments are to be made in advance unless agreed otherwise, and are non-refundable once services begin. Taxes apply as per government rules.
If a project is placed “On Pause” by the client or due to client inaction, a 10% monthly service continuation fee will apply based on the total project cost.
Delays of 7 days or more cumulatively due to the client will result in a 10% increase in total project cost for each additional week of delay.
Deliverables remain our property until full payment is received. Afterward, ownership transfers to the client as agreed.
We may terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment beyond 14 days, or unethical conduct.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. No guarantees are made regarding business outcomes.
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
